Biceps Curl
When doing bicep curls with the Forearm Bar the
high-density foam padding on the bar handles allows you to really dig in and activate not only the biceps but the forearms as well.  The position of the weight out in front of the bar helps to put more tension on the biceps than a standard curl.  You're fighting not only the weight itself but the pull of the weights trying to rotate down.

The benefit of this tension and gripping requirement is more focused bicep activation, increasing the efficiency of your workout.  It also puts a very different type of tension on the biceps - if your bicep training is stale, this bar will give it a good kick to get past a plateau.

Front Raise

The Forearm Bar Front Raise is great for developing the deep muscles of the shoulder and their tendons, which connect the arm to the shoulder joint, encircle it, and provide strength and stability while permitting rotation of the arm.  This is essential to overall arm strength and preventing rotator cuff injury.

The ergonomics and leverage mechanics incorporated into the Forearm Bar allow you to use less weight with far superior results than with barbells or dumbbells .

Forearm Bar Leverage mechanics

The Patented leverage mechanics incorporated into the Forearm Bar place the weight at a 35 degree angle and on a plane opposed to the gripping hands. This increases efficiency 50 – 60%.  Resistance lies not only in the weight but the weight trying to rotate down. This allows you to use two thirds less weight greatly reducing the possibility of injury while achieving superior results.
